Bio: Dr. Cathy Slay-Chipp DNP, FNP-C
Serving the Brunswick/Glynn County area for over 30 years, Dr. Chipp specializes in primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner. A native of Brunswick, she graduated from Glynn Academy High School and is keenly aware of our local community healthcare issues. In response to those community healthcare needs, she founded a non-profit clinic serving those without health insurance as well as the under insured. The Perry Park Neighborhood Clinic successfully bridged the healthcare gap for vulnerable populations for over 10 years until her retirement.
In response to the current healthcare crisis, Dr. Chipp has returned to the healthcare arena and is now providing non-urgent primary care services at Oceanhorse Health and Wellness Clinic located at 4220 Coral Park Dr. Brunswick, GA. She is providing counseling and testing for COVID-19; annual, wellness, primary care and employment physicals; diagnosis and treatment of minor conditions such as earaches, sore throats, urinary tract infections and referrals as needed. All services are available by appointment.
